West Michigan Glass Art Center is proud to bring exciting children's Summer Glass Camp to Southwest Michigan. Nowhere else in Kalamazoo can you find such a broad range of summer glass camp classes including glass blowing, lampworking, bead making, sand blasting, kiln fusing (fused glass) and kiln casting. Your child will learn, laugh, make new friends and develop life long skills while attending West Michigan Glass Art Center's Summer Glass Camp. GLASS EXPLORERS!
This three day camp is for beginning glass artists between the ages of 10 to 18. Summer glass campers will explore beginning techniques in glass art. They will make a sculpted glass paperweight in the Hot Shop and create glass art using kiln fusing, lampworking, glass bead making, sand casting and sand blasting. Glass Explorers is a great chance to experiment with a variety of glass mediums. Includes all glass, materials, tools and a WMGAC Summer Class Camp T-shirt!!

TEEN GLASSBLOWING
This three day intensive teen glass camp focuses on glassblowing, lampworking, bead making, sandblasting and kiln fusing. Campers must be 12 years old or
older. No experience needed! Includes all glass, materials, tools and a WMGAC Summer Class Camp T-shirt!!

TEEN INFERNO!!
This four-day camp is for glass artists ages 12-18. Teen Inferno will focus on advanced techniques used to create glass art. Campers will make blown glass projects in the Hot Shop and create glass art using kiln fusing, lampworking, bead making, kiln casting, grinding, polishing and finishing. Great chance to learn new skills and make new friends! Includes all glass, materials, tools and a WMGAC Summer Class Camp T-shirt!!
